Announcement: JNU Group’s Strategic Partnership with the Korean Society of Smart City
Hello readers! As if yesterday’s meetup announcement wasn’t enough, CyClean is back with more exciting news. JNU Group, the team behind CyClean, has reached a strategic partnership with the Korean Society of Smart City (hereinafter KSSC). Let’s dive in to the details of the partnership.
Mr. Dae Young Kim, founder of JPAY Platform and CyClean, said, “Through this joint business with KSSC, we will establish JPAY Platform as the leading crypto payment gateway (CPG) platform. JNU Group has displayed the excellence of JPAY and CyClean by being selected as KSSC’s “Smart CVC” business partner for Jeju.”
According to an article by Seoul Economic Daily, one of Korea’s leading news sources, it was revealed to the public that JNU Group and the KSSC had agreed to a strategic partnership on May 15th. Through this strategic partnership, the two parties will work jointly on a “Smart CVC (City Village Campus)” business, which uses JNU Group’s blockchain technology and platform. The KSSC will advise JNU Group for compliance with the government’s policies and processes for information and communications technology.

That was a quick summary of the article (you can read more by clicking on the link below the image above). What can we take from this recent partnership?
First, JNU Group is getting work done. The KSSC is an organization that shares CyClean’s vision for clean energy. We just learned that the two groups will promote clean energy business in Jeju Island. For those of you who are not familiar with Korea’s geography, Jeju is an island located near the southern tip of South Korea. It is known for its beautiful beaches, Halla Mountain, and citrus fruits, among other things. Anyway, Jeju Island has consistently been an advocate of ecofriendly policies, and we expect greater progress towards clean energy on this island with this newfound partnership between JNU Group and the KSSC.
Second, it is evident that CyClean and JNU Group care for the environment. Not just with words, but with actions. We read earlier of JNU Group BC Lab’s partnership with INGO-WGCA, an international organization. You can check our blog post or this Medium link here: https://medium.com/cyclean-coin/jnu-groups-partnership-with-ingo-wgca-484068d56e0f. The team behind CyClean has joined hands with well-established organizations that share the same mission, to create a cleaner earth. it is the real deal.
